At MomentaryArts, each product is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a clear and fair refund and returns policy.


Returns

All items are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns once production has started.

We kindly ask you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You receive the wrong product

If your order meets any of these conditions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your request, we may ask for:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Order details
  • A description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already begun, and cancellations may no longer be possible.


Personalized Products

All personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Design approvals are the responsibility of the customer.
Once a design is approved, it is considered final.


Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us.
We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
